The Legend of Stalvan (9)

Part of the quest chain.

Finding the next part of the journal, Haggard suggests you visit the local pub back in Darkshire, where the barkeep is known for keeping tabs on local lore.

Speak to Tavernkeep Smitts of Darkshire.

• A Faded Journal Page (provided)

I know of someone who might be able to assist you. Back when I was leading the Stormwind Guard, we used to get drinks at the Scarlet Raven Tavern in Darkshire. The Innkeeper there, Smitts, was quite an expert on the local lore. Show him this page and see what he has to say about it.

You will receive:

• 575 XP
• +25 reputation with Stormwind

Marshal Haggard sent you? Why didn't you say so?

Ah, good ol' Haggard. Poor chap is going to be completely blind before long. Anyway, let me see what you've got there.

By the Light! You bet I recognize that handwriting.

• Marshal Haggard can be found in Elwynn Forest at the co-ordinates (84,69)
• Tavernkeep Smitts can be found in the Darkshire tavern, at the co-ordinates (74,44)
