Hexed Troll

Hexed Trolls are jungle trolls found on the Echo Isles in Durotar. As their name implies they are actually Darkspear trolls that have been enslaved by Zalazane's power.

• Zalazane (quest)

It is unknown if Zalazane's control over them can be broken but it is notable that they are still biologically alive, albeit brainwashed. It is possible that a powerful Loa or witch doctor could free them, killing Zalazane may also break the spell.
