Gift of Agthia

Gift of Agthia is located on a rock near the Temple of Courage in Bastion. Interacting with Agthia's Flame at the Temple of Courage will give a temporary torch buff which must be brought to another torch a little south. Lighting this will create an invisible bridge that must be walked across. Continue to light the flames and follow the paths until the Gift is reached.
