Molten Lock

The Molten Lock is a chest that is found at the back of some unnamed caves throughout the Dragon Isles.

The lock can only be broken with frost damage or the Mechanism Bypass. Successfully breaking or bypassing the lock will spawn a Molten Chest that contains the desired loot.

• Alchemist can create the Phial of Glacial Fury. Pull a mob to the chest and damage that mob, the Phial's damage is AOE.
• Priests can use Mind Spike.
• Hunters with a chimaera pet can use the Froststorm Breath.
• Warlocks can use Chaos Bolt.
• Demon hunters can use Fel Rush.
• Using Unstable Elemental Confluence can work, just may take a bit to proc the frost damage.
• A frost enchant such as Enchant Weapon - Frozen Devotion will work.
