Origami Beetle

An Origami Beetle is an item created in Inscription.

This item is created with Inscription (500); taught by Technique: Origami Beetle.

• The spell which summons the bugs is channeled for 4 seconds, creating a Papyrus Beetle every 0.5 second. Each Papyrus Beetle lasts 14 seconds. This means a swarm of 8 bugs will swarm around at full strength for 10 seconds before they begin to disappear. From start to finish it takes 18 seconds before all bugs are gone.
• The beetles swarm by rapidly running around in the vicinity around the players.
• When a Papyrus Beetle dies, it disappears in flames.

The recipe serves little practical usage, except from being a cheap way to level your Inscription skill from 500 to 510 (at which point this recipe turns gray).

• Origami Rock
• Origami Slime
