The Lexicon Librarian is an automa located in the Lexical Grotto in Zereth Mortis. Elder Eru has Maw Walkers infuse First One phrases into it and then use the Helm of Domination on it, turning it hostile, as a way of testing the language's resistance to Domination. After the librarian is killed, Eru says that another automa will take its place since "There must always be a librarian".
