Ozzie Togglevolt

Ozzie Togglevolt is a gnome quest giver located in Kharanos in Dun Morogh.

Ozzie and Gnoarn were together when the radiation hit Gnomeregan. Ozzie witnessed as a bolt hit Gnoarn.

When Lazlo Grindwidget moved to Kharanos, Ozzie scoffed at him. When a giant Frostmane troll attacked the town, Ozzie alongside Razzle Sprysprocket had to throw grenades at the troll however, they found that the grenades were in fact time bombs. The troll overwhelmed them. Lazlo was able to defeat the troll, thus Ozzie and Razzle apologized to Lazlo and offered him a temporary place in their shop.

Along with his partner Razzle, he was working on a cure for leper gnomes.

He also took a part in the Operation: Gnomeregan where Gelbin motivated him.
