King of the Fire Festival

Last wiki revision 2023-05-30

King of the Fire Festival is an achievement awarded for completing the quest A Thief's Reward, which is offered once a character has completed all four "Stealing 's Flame" quests. Since A Thief's Reward is immediately available to players who have completed the flame stealing quests in previous years, a player who did so before the release of Wrath of the Lich King will be able to quickly earn this achievement without re-visiting the enemy capitals. Completing this achievement is an objective of the meta achievements The Flame Keeper and The Flame Warden.

and give the respective A Thief's Reward quests. They can be found in all of the major cities during the Midsummer Fire Festival.

To qualify, Horde characters must complete all four of

  • Stealing Stormwind's Flame
  • Stealing Ironforge's Flame
  • Stealing Darnassus's Flame
  • Stealing the Exodar's Flame

Alliance characters must complete all four of

  • Stealing the Undercity's Flame
