Containing the Helsworn is an elite world quest set in Desmotaeron and Helgarde Keep of the Maw. Players must have completed chapter five of the Chains of Domination campaign, through Victory in Our Name, before this world quest will be offered to them.

• Damnation Stalker, Helsworn Soulseeker, Starving Corpsehound
