Wardens are night elf Watchers troops that protected the Barrow Deeps during the Third War.
- Despite their name, they do not use Warden models or abilities, pre-dating the The Frozen Throne expansion pack.
- They instead use the assets of the cut Assassin hero.
- In Warcraft III: Reforged they use whips as weapons.
