API GetNumTalentGroups

Returns the total number of talent groups for the player. num = GetNumTalentGroups([isInspect])
- isInspect:
- num: - The number of talent groups. by default, if Dual Talent Specialization is purchased.
- Using requires calling and awaiting . If not done, it returns information for the player instead.
