Enhanced Whirlwind

Enhanced Whirlwind is a warrior Draenor Perk, available as early as level 92, though it is not guaranteed to be acquired until level 98.

• During the beta, this perk was called Improved Meat Cleaver. It went through two iterations under that name: "Meat Cleaver now grants 2 charges every time Whirlwind deal damage," then "Meat Cleaver can now stack 1 additional time." Enhanced Whirlwind is a combination of both versions of Improved Meat Cleaver, since Meat Cleaver's effect was baked into Fury's version of Whirlwind.
