The Dreamer's Shoulderpads

The Dreamer's Shoulderpads are a world drop from Outland mobs.

Unlike others that have the same item level, this item requires level 68 to equip (instead of level 64). It can also drop from mobs whose own level is lower than the level requirement, which is very unusual and furthers the contention by some that the level requirement is higher than intended.
