Dal'Rend's Sacred Charge drops from Warchief Rend Blackhand in Upper Blackrock Spire. This is an excellent main hand sword for rogues because it hits extremely slowly, making Sinister Strike hit very heavily. The set, Dal'Rend's Arms, is also valuable to hunters as one of the best pre-raid melee weapon options for buffing ranged damage.
