Elemental Rift (Cataclysm)

Elemental Rifts spawn during the Elemental Unrest in nearly every zone on Azeroth and Outland. Depending on the location, they will spawn Gusting Elementals, Rumbling Elementals, Searing Elementals, or Surging Elementals. Killing all four types of rifts rewards the Feat of Strength Tripping the Rifts.

• Elemental rifts will disappear if you get too close to them in between elemental spawnings.
