Raethas Dawnseer is one of Archmage Xylem's apprentices located at the Arcane Pinnacle in Azshara.
When Lobos fails, Dawnseer will suggest he belongs in the Darkmoon Faire zoo.
During the Burning Legion's third invasion, he arrived to Sable Ridge to find something that he could give to Xylem. He was challenged by the adventurer for his robes.
