Blacktalon Schemer
Last wiki revision 2023-03-07
Blacktalon Schemers are located at the Obsidian Bulwark and the Obsidian Throne in the Waking Shores. One is found talking with the Blacktalon Strategist.
Another can also be found at Dragonbane Keep, standing with Narsysix and a Blacktalon Pack Goat, after it has been reclaimed; thanking the player on behalf of Wrathion for aiding the Obsidian Outcasts in reclaiming their home.
