Mannethrel Darkstar

Mannethrel Darkstar is a night elf located at Molten Shore on Mardum. He is rescued from imprisonment by a demon hunter and makes his way to Illidari Foothold, remarking that he almost lost his fight against the fel energy inside of him.

While Mannethrel was recuperating at the foothold, his rescuer later attempted to teach him what they had learned from the Tome of Fel Secrets (item) -- only to end disastrously when Mannethrel failed to contain the power and exploded in a burst of fel energy.

• Greeting
• Lord Illidan knows the way.
• Azeroth must not fall.
• I have sacrificed everything. What have you given?
• My life is dedicated to destroying the Burning Legion.
• We are all that stands between the Legion and annihilation.

• Irritated
• Did you just touch me?
• I wouldn't if I were you.
• Normally I hunt demons but for you I'll make an exception.
• Do it again and your skull will be my whetstone.
• You're no demon, but I will put you in the ground just the same.
• I will feast on your soul!

• Farewell
• Remember, nothing is more important than the Legion's destruction.
• If we do not meet again... die well.
• Do not give in to the power of the Legion.
• Trust in Lord Illidan's plan.
• Death to the Legion.

Maybe it's best that I stay here in the foothold. I still haven't recovered from my wounds when I was held prisoner down below.

• Illidari Foothold

This world is overflowing with demonic energy. It's making it harder for me to contain my own fel power.
