Inert Spectral Essence

Inert Spectral Essence can be empowered to create a Spectral Essence when used with 5x Essence of Undeath and 3x Dark Rune. Eva Sarkhoff will provide it to players who have used Krastinov's Bag of Horrors near her femur in heroic Scholomance beyond Darkmaster Gandling's room. This is one of the steps to earn the Memory of Scholomance achievement that provides access to the original Scholomance that was removed in.
