Wastes Taskmaster

Wastes Taskmasters are Cultists of the Damned located at Galakrond's Rest in the Dragonblight. They also appear in the Hour of Twilight.
- Destroy Ghoul - Destroys a ghoul and and return its essence to the caster.
- Shadow Nova - Inflicts Shadow damage to nearby enemies.
- Shadow Shock - Instantly lashes an enemy with dark magic, inflicting Shadow damage.
