Soulfused Construct

The Soulfused Construct, later known as Unity, is an extremely powerful abomination made entirely of kyrian flesh, created by First Apprentice Malkrex and Sharrex the Fleshcrafter in the Flesh Stitchery in Maldraxxus. The construct is the culmination of Surgeon Stitchflesh's research and was intended to serve as the ultimate creation of the House of Constructs, but Malkrex slightly botched the procedure by failing to purge the flesh of its memories before assembling it. As a result, kyrian souls still exist within the construct.

Secutor Mevix initially wants to destroy the abomination after he and the Maw Walker slay Sharrex and Malkrex, but Aspirant Thales intervenes as he can sense the souls of his fellow kyrian within it, and destroying the construct would also obliterate the souls. The Maw Walker and their allies instead climb up on the construct's back, with Thales soothing the souls while the Maw Walker directs the abomination's actions to wreak havoc on the House of Constructs—including by killing Baron Halis—and then escape to Spider's Watch, where the Maw Walker's display of power awakens the Rune of Might on the Blade of the Primus.

The Soulfused Construct helps defend the Seat of the Primus when it's attacked by Baron Vyraz's forces, fighting alongside Deathfang.

When a Necrolord player fully upgrades the Seat of the Primus' Abomination Factory, Rathan will claim that the Soulfused Construct has arrived and offered their assistance, but that the fragments of Kyrian souls within them remain unstable. After the player forges Bindings of Wellbeing for the abomination, they are stabilized and can be selected as a companion. They are then known as "Unity."
