Rise! (advancement)

Rise! is a Class Hall advancement that can be bought for the Heart of Azeroth. It makes Alexor appear, who can summon elemental ascendants.
Allows you to recruit Ascendants. Ascendants increase success chance by 15% on missions with either Hazards, Spells or Minions, chosen at random, in addition to: Ascendant's Fury : Increases success chance of missions by 30%.
