Hozzer

Hozzer is a polar bear usually encountered during the quest The Jig is Up, wherein he devours Jonah Sterling, spyglass and all. You then have to kill Hozzer to get the spyglass back.

Hozzer's name is likely a reference to the word 'hoser', a word commonly associated with Canadians and popularized by the comedy show, SCTV.
