Kazakus

Kazakus is a black dragon in an a guise of an enigmatic Zandalari troll and master alchemist who leads the Kabal, one of the three crime families active in Gadgetzan in the Mean Streets of Gadgetzan expansion for Hearthstone.

Little is known about Kazakus, and no one really knows his true origins. On the other hand, no one really cares; instead, what matters is his vast knowledge of alchemy and the arcane, and the corrupted mana potions he sells. Kazakus' motto is that "Power should be attainable for anyone, at a price".

Kazakus' tusks have become contorted and twisted due to the corrupted mana he uses, and the large red circle on the center of his stomach is a portal that goes right through his body to an unknown destination, possibly another dimension. The troll is responsible for brewing Kaza-kola, a cold and refreshing beverage drunk by all members of the Kabal, but which also acts to slowly erode the drinker's will and sense of self. Under Kazakus' tutelage, the Kabal have learned to concoct all manner of potions. Under his guidance they are Gadgetzan's master mixologists, brewing potent, overwhelming, petrifying and explosive potions of power.

Some claim that a back alley potion brewer couldn't possibly have such knowledge, and some are foolish enough to spread rumors that he's secretly a dragon, demon, or some other powerful entity in disguise. Indeed, rumors abound of "secret dragon people" infiltrating Gadgetzan in disguise, and suggest that there may be more to the alchemist than initially meets the eye, as does Kazakus' hiring of drakonid spies to keep tabs on his opponents.
