Man-bear-pig

The man-bear-pig is the joking name given to a boar-like creature that was conceived as the worgen racial mount in early concept art for World of Warcraft: Cataclysm. As the developers started to model the creature and take a closer look at how worgen characters would look riding their mount, they became increasingly dissatisfied and eventually decided that running on all fours (the Running Wild ability) was a better fit for the race.

• The name of the beast is a reference to the "ManBearPig" monster from the 2006 with the same title.
