API GetShapeshiftFormCooldown

Returns cooldown information for a specified form. startTime, duration, isActive = GetShapeshiftFormCooldown(index)

• index: - Index of the desired form

• startTime: - Cooldown start time (per ) in seconds.
• duration: - Cooldown duration in seconds.
• isActive: - Returns 1 if the cooldown is running, nil if it isn't
