Vault Preservers are golems located in Primordial Observatory near the Maelstrom during the quest The Sunken Vault (quest).
- Energy Jolt - Jolt the target continually with Nature damage for 9 sec.
- Titanic Empowerment - Empower an Earthen Vault Guard, increasing their health by 100% and causing their melee attacks to inflict additional damage as Nature.
