Pattern: Mooncloth Circlet drops from Nefarian in Blackwing Lair and creatures in Ruins of Ahn'Qiraj, Temple of Ahn'Qiraj, and Molten Core. It may also be contained in Eternium Lockbox.

This pattern is extremely rare - the rarest of the Mooncloth 'set' - and can sell for large amounts to dedicated collectors.

This item used to drop Onyxia prior to the raid instance's revamp to level 80; and from several world bosses prior to their loot table changes and/or removal from the game in The Burning Crusade and later Cataclysm.
