Spire of Pain

The Spire of Pain is a ziggurat inside the Temple City of En'kilah.
During the war against the Lich King, the crypt fiend High Priest Talet-Kha could be found here, mostly surrounded by crypt fiends, and performing dark rites in the spire. Adventurers were later sent by Thassarian for the Alliance, or by Chieftain Wintergale for the Horde, to kill it.
