This is Anduin's cloak, !

This must mean he passed through this forest.

We must heighten our efforts to find him.

At Moonwater Retreat for Family Heirlooms and The Elder's Instruments, Slingtail Stickypaws have a chance of dropping an Alliance Scrap. Combine three to form the Alliance Cloak which starts this quest. Finish up the other two quests, then return to Pearlfin.
