Cloud serpent mounts

Cloud serpent mounts are available in a variety of vibrant colors. When they were first added in Mists of Pandaria, they could only be used with the Cloud Serpent Riding skill, which required reputation with the Order of the Cloud Serpent and was not account-wide. With Cloud Serpent Riding's removal in patch 6.0.2, cloud serpents now have the same skill requirements as most other flying mounts—though they can still be time-consuming to acquire in the first place.

All of these mounts are available to both factions.
