License to Ride (Alliance)

Speak with Darlene Stokx to learn the Apprentice Riding skill.

• Learn the Apprentice Riding skill

The captain said you'd be coming here to pick up your mount. I hope you didn't have any problems finding the place!

Now, before you go riding off into the sunset, you'll need to learn how to... well, how to ride! Luckily, we have a riding trainer right here!

Speak with Darlene Stokx when you're ready to learn how to ride.

You will receive:

• Draenei:
• Dwarf:
• Gnome:
• Human: Black Stallion Bridle
• Night Elf: Reins of the Striped Nightsaber
• Pandaren:
• Worgen:

• 510 XP

Now that you've learned the basics, feel free to return any time you want to advance your riding skills or purchase additional mounts!

• It is possible - though extremely unlikely - to reach this quest without reaching level 10 and be unable to learn the riding skill without grinding more XP first.
