He manages their tasks and schedule, assisting where needed, with the goal of maximizing their creative potential and capitalizing upon their strengths.

• ''Ernst ten Bosch joined Blizzard Entertainment in 2004 as a game master, and has held numerous positions within the company since then. He’s served as a customer service trainer, manager, World of Warcraft project manager in the European region, and a producer on the live operations team. World of Warcraft has been his sole focus at Blizzard Entertainment since beginning with the company.
