Mithril Shield Spike

The Mithril Shield Spike is an enhancement for a shield. Any time the user blocks an attack, the shield spike does some damage to the attacker.
This item is crafted with Blacksmithing (215); taught by Plans: Mithril Shield Spike, a world drop.
As of Patch 2.4.2, Blacksmithing is not required to apply the shield spike to a shield.
- The Mithril Shield Spike does 16-20 points of damage for every block.
