Fated Power: Chaotic Essence

Fated Power: Chaotic Essence is one of the fated powers applied to a raid boss during a Fated Raid.

It summons a Chaotic Essence throughout the which starts casting a which will do damage to all players if successul. However, once interacted, it becomes hostile and starts spawning Chaotic Motes for players to defeat. After 15 seconds, stacking for each mote killed, players gain a buff for 25 seconds that increases their damage, healing, and absorbs by 2%.
