Plague Spreader (Duskwood)

Plague Spreaders are ghouls found at Raven Hill in Duskwood.

Three spawn at the border to Stranglethorn Vale if Private Merle escapes the Rebel Camp alive after finishing Patrol Schedules, usually killing him as he tries to flee into Duskwood.

• Black Metal War Axe

• Drop Ghoul Rib for Ghoulish Effigy.
• The Cries of the Dead

• Drop Ghoul Fang for The Totem of Infliction.
• The Night Watch (3)

They are presumed to be the first undead minions to enter Duskwood, spreading the plague and blighting the area.
