Returns specified map bar text for a given tag and phase. text = MapBarFrame_GetString(stringType, tag, phase)
- stringType : String - text type to return; one of "TITLE", "TOOLTIP", "DESCRIPTION", or "LOCKED".
- tag : String - map bar tag, as returned by.
- phase : Number - map bar phase index, as per.
- text : String - the specified text, or nil if the combination of arguments is invalid or unused.
