Scope

Scopes are augments crafted by engineers. They can be applied to bows, crossbows and guns to boost damage, critical strike rating, ranged haste rating, ranged hit rating, or something else.

Scopes function like an Enchantment in that they are a permanent augmentation and that only one can be applied to the item at any given time.

While the scope itself can only be created by someone skilled in Engineering, the act of applying it to the ranged weapon can be done by anyone who meets the base level requirement (and, in the case with Flintlocke's Woodchucker, class requirement) of the item.

• Items tagged with require The Burning Crusade to craft only. Items with level 60 or less requirements can still be used by non-BC players.
• Items tagged with require Wrath of the Lich King to craft only.
• Items tagged with require Cataclysm to craft only.
