This item was a quest reward from Frostfire Shoulderpads (quest). The required quest item Desecrated Shoulderpads dropped from Patchwerk, Grobbulus and Gluth in Naxxramas.
It was removed from the game, but later reintroduced via the Black Market Auction House with a starting bid of.
