Wavespeaker Reid is a human tidesage that is confronted for the first time at Layson & Sons Rigging in Stormsong Valley by the Alliance emissary. He can next be found transformed into a k'thir in the Sagehold. Commander Augustine later found his body at the Wavespeaker's Sanctum.
As a member of the Abyssal Council, he trains initiates in the oldest form of tidesage magic: communing with the sea.
