Footwraps of the Frostweaver

Footwraps of the Frostweaver are a world drop from mobs.

• Unlike the other Draenor world drops that share the same level requirement and item level, this one is Bind on Pickup rather than Bind on Equip. This may be unintended.
• Curiously enough, this item drops almost exclusively from raid trash or mobs in Tanaan Jungle, decreasing the usefulness of this item, as the player would almost certainly have outleveled it.
