The Seeker of Souls is a lich located in Torghast, Tower of the Damned. Defeating this creature will leave behind an Anima Cell with the choice between the Frostbite Wand and Icy Heartcrust Anima powers.
- During the beta, her placeholder model was that of a regular female lich.
