API GetSpecializationNameForClassID

Returns the name of a specialization given for a given class ID. specName = GetSpecializationNameForClassID(classId, specIndex)
- classId : Number - classId to query, e.g. 1 for Warrior.
- specIndex : Number - index of the class specialization to query, ascending from 1, e.g. 1 for Warriors' Arms specialization.
- specName : String - localized specialization name, e.g. "Arms"
