Phloem

Phloem is one of Archmage Xylem's apprentices located at the Arcane Pinnacle in Azshara.

She sits quietly next to a tree and will occasionally walk over and use one of the stones to tune the portal as if to try one of Xylem's trials, but she does not actually go in.

During the Burning Legion's third invasion, she arrived to the Tower of Eldara and tried to unlock it. She was challenged by the adventurer for her mantle.

• Her name appears to be a science joke, as xylem and phloem are both plant parts.
