Coursing Tidesurger is a water elemental located in Nazmir during the Faction Assaults. It is summoned by Awakened Tidesages from the Frothing Torrent.
- Rising Tide - Lifts enemies into the air, stunning them in a watery bubble.
- Stormchaser - Summons a violent tempest that moves towards its target.
- Surge - Rush forward, inflicting Frost damage to all enemies in a path 30 yards long.
