Cohlien's Cap drops from Cohlien Frostweaver in Kirin'Var Village in Netherstorm

This item starts Cohlien Frostweaver (quest).

The quest requires you to return the cap to its footlocker at coordinates 55,87. When you put the cap in the footlocker, Cohlien will appear for a short mini-event. Once you complete the quest, Cohlien Frostweaver will no longer be hostile to you.
