Friends in Low Places (quest)
Last wiki revision 2022-08-12
Report to Oxana Demonslay in the Underbelly.

If there is anybody on this rock that knows how to properly build an Obliterum Forge, it is her.
Oh, and watch your back while you're down there,.
You will receive:
- 16,450 XP

Was he afraid to come down and visit me personally? Or is he worried that the sewer water might touch the hem of his robe?
Oxana Demonslay is in the Black Market.
