Chad

Chad is a human quest giver located at Nesingwary Base Camp in Sholazar Basin. When Purser Boulian joined Nesingwary's expedition, Chad signed on as a deckhand because he plans on marrying her. Following the expedition's shipwreck in the Basin, Chad lost his engagement ring (which can be looted from any creature in the Basin) and sends adventurers to reclaim it.

• It Could Be Anywhere!

• Purser Boulian and Chad are a reference to World of Warcraft level designer Sarah Boulian Verrall and her husband, who got engaged during the development of Sholazar Basin. Boulian's husband had some issue with her engagement ring, and the quest designers working on Sholazar added Purser Boulian, Chad, and his quest as a reference to the story.
