Chef Jessen was a human meat vendor located in Southshore of Hillsbrad Foothills, until the Forsaken destroyed the town. It's unknown what happened to him.
Chef Jessen once made special slop, back before the plague hit. He no longer makes it (perhaps he forgot the recipe) and has since lost his title, along with his hair. He also doesn't seem to like excessive noise when he is working.
