Shala'nir
Last wiki revision 2022-08-23
Shala'nir is a druid grove located amidst the roots of the world tree Shaladrassil. It used to be a tranquil enclave, and contained a village as well as an inn. The ancient Ironbranch resides deep in the overrun grove, and other nightmarish creatures flock to him.
The grove was eventually overrun by satyr led by Banehoof and corrupted by the Emerald Nightmare. It became one of Xavius's main strongholds, and he pretended to hold Malfurion Stormrage here. The village holds the entrance to both Darkheart Thicket and the Emerald Nightmare. The Dreamweavers work to cleanse the corruption.
